How far in advance should I book my bottling?
For the summer months (June-September) wineries typically book their bottling dates with us a year in advance. Summer dates are usually 100% booked by January. For the balance of the year, we can find a way to get someone in with a couple months of notice.
What forms should I complete prior to bottling?
The first step will be to decide where you would like the bottling to take place.
If we are bottling at your location, we will need the Mobile Bottling Work Order or Mobile Filtration Work Order completed. This gives us the necessary information to match you up with a truck that will work at your location as well as plan the number of days need to complete the project.
If you are planning to bottle at our facility we will need a Cellar Work Order and Facility Bottling Work Order. These are the primary documents we use to schedule and plan your bottling and can be completed online.
